Read this first:
When entering average weight, please use at least 3 weigh-ins for a week. Ideally 5-7 weigh-ins to give us an accurate estimate. Be sure weigh-ins are done in the morning, before eating or drinking anything, after using the bathroom, and with minimal clothing.
When entering average calories, please use at least 6 days of complete calorie data. If you've missed any entries (even bites, licks, or sips), the adjustment will underestimate your new target.
When adjusting calories, keep your protein targets the same and adjust carbs/fats to meet your new calorie target.
